Me gusta tanto que hasta me he comprado una máquina para hacerla en casa….
Os podéis imaginar la cantidad de gente que tengo esperando a que la invite a casa, lo que no sé es que cara pondrán cuando vean que lo que pongo en la mesa son tallarines, no billetes de 500€…
Creo que la solución es preparar esta receta, que con el color morado de la berenjena, es lo más parecido a un billete de 500 que tengo en casa.
Si no habéis probado nunca este plato de la cocina tradicional siciliana a base de pasta con tomate, berenjena y parmesano, ligeramente picante, os recomiendo que lo hagáis y veréis como se convierte en un plato habitual en vuestra casa.
Aunque la original se prepara con ricotta, un tipo de requesón italiano, en esta versión de Jamie Oliver, del libro «La cocina Italiana de Jamie» se prepara con parmesano, así que podéis elegir la versión que más os guste.

Pasta alla Norma
Ingredientes:
500 gr. de pasta (espagueti, tallarines, macarrones…)
2 berenjenas grandes y firmes
Aceite de oliva
Una cucharada de orégano seco
1 guindilla roja seca
4 dientes de ajo
Un puñado de albahaca fresca
1 cucharadita de vinagre
400 gr. de tomate natural triturado
Sal
Queso parmesano rallado
