Ya llegó el verano!!!!
Y con él el calor, los mosquitos, los tintos de verano… y ¡las galas de fin de curso!
Si tenéis niños seguro que llevan ya un par de semanas preparando su actuación.
Claro que no todos se enfrentan a la gala de la misma manera…
Los hay que llevan un artista dentro y se saben el repertorio de pe a pa, es más, se saben incluso la parte de sus compañeros.
Si tenéis un niño artista lo reconoceréis porque ya os ha cantado tantas veces la canción que van a cantar en la gala, que hasta vosotros os la sabéis ¡con coreografía incluida!
Vaya, que hasta se la canta a los vecinos en el ascensor.
Además, ensaya delante del espejo a la menor oportunidad, y un par de días antes de su actuación, os hace en casa un preestreno exclusivo, al que toda la familia está invitada (bajo pena de retirarle la palabra al que no asista).
Luego está el tímido, al que cuando le preguntas por su actuación en la gala, te responde con evasivas, no consigues que te tararee ni siquiera un trocito de la canción porque siempre te dice que no se acuerda, pero que llegado el día en cuestión lo da todo sobre el escenario (con mayor o menor fortuna, ahí no me voy a meter) con toda la ilusión del mundo.
Y luego está el pasota, que ese no es que no te cante su canción los días previos, es que ¡no la canta ni sobre el escenario!
Que mientras todos sus compañeros cantan, bailan y dan palmas a ritmo de los «Cantajuegos», ellos se pasan toda la actuación con las manos en los bolsillos y sin abrir la boca (eso sí, luego se va a pasar toooooodo el verano cantándote esa canción).
Que, ¿os reconocéis en alguno de los grupos?
Yo sólo os diré que siempre me he movido más en el segundo y tercer grupo…
Así que toda mi admiración para esos peques (y no tan peques) que en estos días se suben a un escenario para disfrute de padres y familiares.
Y a los padres y abuelos, procurad no quedaros con la boca demasiado abierta mientras miráis a vuestros retoños con admiración, que ya os he dicho que llega el verano y empiezan a proliferar las moscas y mosquitos, no se os vaya a meter alguno en la boca…
Y como la gala de fin de curso no es nada sin una buena merendola después, os traigo una idea (que llamarlo receta me parece demasiado) que siempre que la he preparado ha gustado mucho y no puede ser más fácil.
Unas piruletas de Oreo que van a encantar a los más pequeños ( y a los más grandes).
¡Vamos a por ellas!
Preparación:
Comenzamos fundiendo el chocolate.
En un bol ponemos el chocolate cortado en trozos más bien pequeños y lo fundimos, bien al baño maría o bien en el microondas.
Si lo vamos a hacer en el microondas, debemos tener cuidado ya que se nos puede quemar fácilmente. La mejor manera para hacerlo es la siguiente: programamos el microondas 1 minuto a la temperatura más baja que nos permita. Pasado este tiempo sacamos el chocolate, removemos y si no estuviese completamente fundido lo ponemos de nuevo en el microondas añadiendo más tiempo, de 30 en 30 segundos y removiendo el chocolate cada vez, para que con el calor del propio chocolate se termine de fundir.
A continuación comenzamos a preparar las piruletas, retirando una de las tapas de las galletas.
Hacemos un huequecito en la crema en el lugar donde vamos a colocar el palito, mojamos el palito en el chocolate fundido, lo colocamos en el hueco que habíamos hecho previamente y le colocamos la otra tapa.
Procedemos de la misma manera con las restantes galletas y dejamos que se solidifique el chocolate con el que hemos pegado el palito.
Una vez que endurezca el chocolate y el palito esté bien sujeto, bañamos las galletas con el restante chocolate fundido, sumergiéndolas en él agarrándolas por el palito. (Si el chocolate se hubiese endurecido un poco, lo fundimos nuevamente del mismo modo que lo hicimos al principio).
Cuando tengamos la galleta cubierta con chocolate, escurrimos el sobrante, la depositamos sobre papel de horno (así será más fácil despegarlas cuando solidifique el chocolate) y la cubrimos con los fideos de chocolate o lo que vayamos a utilizar para decorarlas.
Dejamos que endurezca el chocolate…..

Notas:
Aunque no es lo ideal, si hiciese mucho calor, dejaremos que el chocolate endurezca en el frigorífico, pero si es posible lo haremos a temperatura ambiente.
Podemos utilizar el tipo de chocolate que prefiramos: blanco, negro o con leche, pero que sea de cobertura.
Si no escurrimos bien el exceso de chocolate de las piruletas, al dejarlas secar en horizontal, nos quedará un reborde de chocolate alrededor de la piruleta que podemos recortar sin problemas con un cuchillo una vez que esté duro.
