Pero que queréis que os diga, como ya no estoy yo en edad de disfrazarme con túnica de mago, corriendo cual chiquilla varita en mano y lanzando conjuros a diestro y siniestro, como llevo deseando hacer los últimos 17 Carnavales, me desquité preparando estas deliciosas varitas y lanzando hechizos a escondidas desde mi cocina…
En un bol tamizamos la harina y la mezclamos con la sal y la levadura (si utilizamos levadura fresca la mezclamos con la harina desmigándola con las manos).
Si vamos a utilizar la amasadora, en el bol tamizamos la harina, añadimos la sal y la levadura del mismo modo que vimos en el amasado a mano, y le añadimos la mezcla de agua y aceite poco a poco mientras vamos mezclando con el accesorio pala y a velocidad baja.
