Desde que yo tengo uso de razón.
Sobre todo mi madre y mi abuela…
Oye, a qué vienen esas risitas?? Venga va, no os las estaréis imaginando dando saltitos, al más puro estilo «Neng de Castefa» , no??
Que mi abuela tiene una edad!! Aunque ahora que lo pienso, la tía tiene una marcha que ya quisiera yo, ja ja ja.
Bueno, bromas aparte, nos gusta mucho el bacalao, sobre todo en esta rica ensalada, que es una de las preferidas en casa. Es muy sencillita y el resultado es delicioso, con un contraste de sabores que os va a encantar.
Además es perfecta para estos días en los que todavía podemos encontrar unas naranjas fantásticas y es una opción estupenda si estamos pensando en la «operación bikini» (auch!! Duele solo de pensarlo. Este año va a ser duro…Yo os maldigo brownies, rosquillas y demás delicias azucaradas!! Por qué insistís en instalaros en mi trasero??!! Salid de este cuerpo!!!!)
En esta receta he usado bacalao en salazón, y la manera de desalarlo es la que me ha enseñado mi abuela, que ya os digo que es la «bacaladera». Sin embargo en otras ocasiones utilizo bacalao congelado, que ya viene al punto de sal. No es lo mismo, pero cuando voy con prisas me hace el «apaño»
Vamos con la receta:
Ensalada de naranja y bacalao
Ingredientes ( para 2 personas):
2 naranjas
200 gr. de bacalao
150 gr. de aceitunas negras, mejor sin hueso
1/2 cebolla pequeña
