Bienvenidos a la cocina del misterio!!!
Soy Iker Jiménez y esta noche en «Revelando Misterios» vamos a intentar esclarecer los espeluznantes hechos acaecidos en una cocina, una cocina cualquiera, una cocina que podría ser la vuestra o la mía, pero que en este caso se trata de la cocina de la Fulgencia, una vecina de Cascarrijosa de la Pelotilla, que fue testigo de un inquietante acontecimiento. Un hecho que tuvo lugar, como decimos, en su cocina, en los días próximos a la festividad de Todos los Santos. O la noche de Halloween como dicen los más modernos. Un terrible caso, me temo, de Posesión Repostera.
Durante el programa de hoy vamos a tratar de aportar algo de luz a estos oscuros hechos, que se desarrollaron, como decimos, en casa de la Fulgencia.
Vamos a conocer a nuestra protagonista y su terrible caso:
-Buenas noches Fulgencia.
-Buenas noches majo.
-Cuéntenos, qué fue exactamente lo que sucedió, cuales fueron esos hechos que nos llevan a intuir que estamos ante un caso de posesión reposteril.
–Pos mira salao´, resulta ser de que estaba yo en la cocina, que iba a preparar unas pastas, que ya te dije antes que me viene la familia al pueblo pa «los Santos», que es costumbre en mi casa,
me viene el mí mayor, que lo tengo en Madrid, que viene con los niños, la mujer ya no que se ha separao´, y la pequeña, que la tengo….
–Decía, Fulgencia, que iba a preparar unas pastas….
–Si majo, que iba yo a hacer unas pastas, que le gustan mucho a mis nietos, cuando, de repronto, me vino así como una sensación mu rara, como cuando te pasas con el anís, pa que tú me entiendas.
-Se le fue la cabeza Fulgencia??
-Sí, sí, algo así, y lo siguiente que me recuerdo es que las pastas ya estaban hechas.
-¿Las pastas ya estaban terminadas??
-Sí majo, sí, eso es lo que he dicho.
-¿Y usted no recuerda haberlas preparado?
-Ná de ná.
-Fascinante, Fulgencia!!! Pero no solo es que las pastas ya estuviesen hechas, sin usted ser consciente de ello, sino que, además, si no me equivoco, las pastas tenían otra peculiaridad ¿no es así?
– Eso es.
– Y ¿cuál es esa particularidad, Fulgencia?
–Pos que tenían forma de dedos.
-¿Forma de dedos?
-Sí, sí, de dedos, pero unos dedos mu feos, como de bruja!!
-¿Dedos de bruja?? Increíble esto que nos cuenta, Fulgencia. Y usted ¿le encuentra alguna explicación?
–Pos mira majo, ahora que lo dices sí. Es que resulta ser, que esos dedos, son talmente como los de mi vecina la Engracia, que en Gloria esté, que era un poco bruja, pa´ que tú me entiendas, y que me tenía una envidia mu grandísima, porque a ella no le quedaban las pastas tan ricas como las mías, y ahora, desde el más allá, quiere vengarse y joribiarme a mí las pastas.
Pero que se fastidie, que, con forma de dedo y tó, están mu ricas igualmente, y además a mis nietos, que son mu modernos, y a los Santos le dicen Jalagüin, le han encantao´ los dedos. Que soy mu moderna, dicen, y mu molona, aunque eso no se qué es lo que es.
¡Hala Engracia, chúpate esa!!!
– Increíble, Fulgencia, increíble.
Un caso, como vemos, de venganza desde el más allá, una posesión, la de Fulgencia, por parte de su vecina la Engracia, con intención de malograrle las pastas, que sin embargo no da el resultado que hubiese querido el espíritu de Engracia, ya que no solo las pastas siguen estando ricas, sino que además, el espíritu las ha dotado de una forma más atractiva a ojos de los nietos de Fulgencia.
Pues como ven, queridos espectadores, este caso de posesión reposteril se ha resuelto satisfactoriamente.

Y como no quiero enrollarme más, vamos con la receta de estas pastas.
Seguro que muchos ya las conocéis, ya que son todo un clásico en los blogs cuando llega Halloween, pero no quería que faltasen en mi recetario, porque fueron mi primera incursión en la repostería de Halloween.
Están de muerte……
Preparación:
Aproximadamente 1 hora antes de preparar las pastas, sacaremos del frigorífico la mantequilla, para que esté blandita (con textura de pomada) y nos sea más fácil trabajar con ella, y el huevo, para que esté a temperatura ambiente.
Una vez que tengamos listos estos ingredientes, empezamos a preparar las pastas.
Comenzamos mezclando el azúcar y la mantequilla, hasta obtener una mezcla uniforme.
A continuación añadimos el huevo, mezclando hasta que este perfectamente integrado, y la esencia de vainilla.
Tamizamos la harina, para eliminar cualquier grumo o impureza que pudiese tener, le añadimos la sal, y la vamos añadiendo poco a poco a la mezcla anterior, mezclando hasta que esté bien incorporada.
Una vez que tengamos la masa lista, la envolvemos en papel film, y la llevamos al frigorífico durante 30 minutos aproximadamente, para que la masa endurezca un poco y nos sea más fácil darle forma a nuestros dedos.
Pasado el tiempo de reposo, sacamos de la nevera y comenzamos a darle forma a las pastas.
Vamos cogiendo porciones de masa, de unos 30 gramos aproximadamente, y le damos forma de rulo, con la punta del dedo más fina y lo que sería la base, un poco más ancha.
Y a partir de aquí ¡imaginación al poder!
Podemos dejar los dedos estirados, un poquito doblados o más retorcidos, pero siempre dándole forma, es decir, marcando las falanges, y, con el mango de una cucharilla, haciéndole los pliegues de los dedos.
Mojamos las dos partes del dedo (base y punta) en la mermelada, y en la punta ponemos la almendra, que será la uña, haciendo un poco de presión para dejarla sujeta.
Llevamos al horno, que tendremos precalentado a 180º , durante 10 ó 12 minutos, hasta que veamos que empiezan a dorarse.
Sacamos del horno, y dejamos enfriar sobre una rejilla….
Y a disfutar!!!!
Notas:
Para que los dedos queden doblados como algunos de los que se ven en las fotos, al meterlos al horno, hacemos un rulito con papel de aluminio y se lo colocamos bajo la parte que quedaría en el aire, ya que si no, durante el horneado se aplastan.
La mermelada no es imprescindible que sea de arándanos, podéis sustituirla por una de fresa, frambuesa, etc. la que más os guste o tengáis en casa.
Si las almendras que vamos a utilizar vienen con cáscara, una vez que las pelemos, para eliminar la pielecilla marrón de manera fácil, las sumergimos durante 1 minuto en agua hirviendo. De esta manera las pelaremos rápidamente.
