No sé si esta palabra existe, pero debería!!
La verdad es que me encanta la fruta, de cualquier clase, lo mismo la más clásica que la más exótica.
Y así me pasa….
Voy a la frutería y me lo llevaría tooooodo!!
Me emociono y empiezo a cargar con toda la fruta que ven mis ojos ( mi frutero, como los notarios, puede dar fe de ello).
Y mi marido, el pobre, me mira con cara de «chiquilla, que todo eso no lo comemos entre los dos solos ni de broma!!»
Y efectivamente no damos abasto.
Luego nos pasamos la semana echándole fruta a todo para que no se nos estropee. Que oye, por lo menos es fruta, y dicen que hay que comer cinco piezas al día, no? Pues esto creo que lo cumplimos sin problema 😉
Pero desde luego, si hay una fruta que me chifla, son las fresas.
Vamos que me las comería por arrobas!
Solas, con nata, con azúcar, con zumo de naranja, en postres, como este delicioso batido de hoy o en otros más elaborados, incluso en ensaladas.
En cuanto empiezan a llegar a las fruterías, rara es la semana que no hay un palet una caja en casa. Es más, cuando va acabando la temporada, congelo un par de bolsas para tener reservas…
De hecho este batido lo podemos hacer con fresas frescas o congeladas, si hacéis como yo.
Vamos con la receta de hoy, que además es facilona, facilona.
BATIDO DE FRESA
Ingredientes:
400 gr. de fresas
250 ml. de leche
1 cucharada de azúcar
