Que es que, mira que el gazpacho de sandía está bueno, pero ya estaba cansada de verlo ahí, en la primera página del blog. Vamos que tenía que actualizar las publicaciones a la voz de ya!
Podría deciros que tengo una vida social de lo más atareada, con cientos de fiestas, actos sociales de diversa índole y cientos de viajes…pero sería mentira!! La verdad es que se ha acentuado en mí una cualidad que he poseído desde siempre: la pereza!!
Que de siempre he sido un poco «vagoneta» como diría mi madre, que como todas las madres adora a sus retoños, bueno, la mía me adora a mí, las vuestras os adorarán a vosotros y dirán que sois más altos, más guapos y mejores mozos que yo, y tendrán razón, claro.
¡Hala, que ya me he ido por los cerros de Úbeda, como siempre!!
Que decía que siempre he sido un poco vaga y, una vez cumplidas las obligaciones, eso sí, pues que me cuesta sentarme delante del ordenador y ponerme al lío con el blog. Vamos que siempre encuentro otras mil cosas por hacer mucho más «urgentes», pero de esas urgencias que sabemos todos, como quedarte mirando al infinito con cara de lela…
¡Cosas urgentes de verdad!
Y un día por otro lo vas dejando, y cuando te quieres dar cuenta llevas 4 meses sin publicar en el blog, y la gente te ve por la calle y te pregunta si lo has dejado (bueno, esto es mentira, no me pregunta nadie más que mi madre, pero porque me adora…).
Así que he decidido que de esta semana no pasa, que si no nos metemos de lleno en la Navidad y esta tarta de manzana se me queda descolgada, y eso sí que no!! Con lo bonita y rica que es!
Yo no quiero provocar a nadie, pero si supierais lo buena que está, con la base de masa quebrada, crujiente y delicada, el relleno de crema pastelera tan suave y el punto entre dulce y ácido que le dan las manzanas…Vaya que creo que me voy a hornear otra tarta que me han entrado ganas de un trocito!!
