Que sí, que las vacaciones gustan a cualquier edad, eso está claro, pero desde luego los mejores «veraneos» son los de la infancia.
¡¡Hombre, me diréis que no!!
Así, a lo tonto, a lo tonto, te juntas con tres meses de vacaciones, y eso cuando creces, no lo mejoras ni haciéndote ministro! (bueno, ministro no, pero si te haces senador igual andas cerca…)
¡¡Tres meses sin nada que hacer!!!
Aunque la verdad es que la primera semana de vacaciones empezabas odiando con todas tus fuerzas el dichoso cuadernillo de «Vacaciones Santillana» que tu madre se empeñaba en comprarte y que terminaba 15 días más tarde muerto de risa en una mesa, con sólo tres hojitas hechas.
Porque tú terminabas harto de hacer ejercicios, pero tras 15 días lidiando contigo y el «cuadernito», la que necesitaba unas vacaciones en Santillana era tu madre, que finalmente decidía que si eran vacaciones lo eran para todos, y si la maestra no estaba de acuerdo, que viniese ella a hacer los ejercicios contigo…
Eso sí, te pasabas intranquilo el resto de las vacaciones porque la amenaza del cuaderno pendía sobre tu cabeza constantemente, y en cuanto pronunciabas la famosa frase de «me aburrooooooo», tu madre tenía la respuesta preparada:
-¡Pues cógete el «Vacaciones Santillana» y haces unas cuantas páginas, verás como así no te aburres….!!
Porque, efectivamente, en aquellos veranos tenías tiempo hasta de aburrirte.
En fín, que ahora las vacaciones son igual de placenteras pero infinitamente más cortas que entonces.
Eso sí, si me aburro, ni se me ocurre decírselo a mi madre, no sea que le de por sacarme los cuadernillos que me tiene guardados desde entonces para que los termine!!
Mejor me dedicaré a preparar estos deliciosos polos cremosos de limón, que están increiblemente buenos, se preparan en un momentito (sin contar el tiempo de congelación) y al menos luego me refrescarán en las largas tardes de verano…
¡Vamos a por la receta!
Preparación:
Comenzamos mezclando en un bol la nata, la leche condensada y la pizca de sal.
A continuación añadimos la ralladura de limón e integramos.
Cuando tengamos todo perfectamente mezclado, añadimos el zumo de limón, mezclamos bien y dejamos reposar unos minutos. Veremos como, en ese tiempo, la mezcla va espesando por efecto del ácido del zumo de limón.
Una vez que hayamos obtenido una mezcla espesa, la repartimos en los moldes para polos y llevamos la congelador durante un mínimo de 4 ó 5 horas.
A la hora de consumir desmoldamos y…..
¡A disfrutar!!
Notas:
Si no tenemos moldes para polos, nos servirán perfectamente unos vasos de plástico de usar y tirar.
