Da igual que posen o que los pillen desprevenidos, que salgan serios, riéndose o haciendo el pino puente, que siempre salen bien en las fotos.
Y hay personas que no lo son.

Yo me incluyo en éste último grupo.
De hecho siempre he dicho que yo no habría podido ser, como mi tocaya, Princesa de Asturias , por más que en casa les hubiese hecho ilusión…
Y digo que no habría podido, no porque no sepa hacer la reverencia, que va, eso lo tengo dominao, sino porque, como digo, no soy nada fotogénica.
Y además no tengo un perfil que quede bonito en las monedas de 2€.
Y eso sí que hubiese sido un problemón en Zarzuela, y no lo de Urdangarín…
A lo que iba, decía que hay personas fotogénicas, y personas que no lo son.
Pues con la comida pasa lo mismo.
Hay platos que son muy agradecidos y quedan bien los pongas como los pongas. Y hay otros, pobrecicos míos, que no salen bien de ninguna de las maneras.
Así que no te queda más remedio que colocarlos en tu mejor vajilla y rezar todo lo que sabes para que la foto te quede curiosica y apañá.
Pues este es el caso de hoy.
Que el crumble esta bueno, sí, pero no queda lucido en una foto ni a la de tres. Pero bueno, parece que después de una sesión de chapa y pintura lo hemos dejado recauchutado y a la altura de las circunstancias.
Aún así , ya os digo, de sabor es espectacular, y si lo acompañamos de una bola de helado de vainilla, se nos olvida lo feucho que pueda ser. El contraste entre las fresas templadas y casi deshechas, y la capa superior crujiente y con un intenso sabor a chocolate es delicioso.
Así que animaos a prepararlo, que además es muy sencillo!!
Crumble de fresas y chocolate
Ingredientes:
500 gr. de fresas
100 gr. de harina
70 gr. de cacao en polvo
100 gr. de mantequilla muy fría
100 gr. de azúcar + 1 cucharada sopera extra
No será fotogénico pero está buenísimo!!
