-Tararea constantemente musiquillas como esta.
-Comprueba a todas horas las previsiones del tiempo en Semana Santa, ya sea por la tele, en todas las páginas web a su alcance e incluso en la estación meteorológica del Lidl que se compró expresamente para estas fechas. Y aún así no deja de mirar el cielo para constatar que el hombre del tiempo no se equivoca.
-Es capaz de aguantar 2 horas a pie firme en las aceras, subsistiendo a base de pipas, solo para conseguir el mejor sitio posible.
-Se sabe de memoria horarios y recorridos de todas las procesiones y aun así acumula en los bolsillos los itinerarios en papel que le regalan en el banco, la panadería….
-Come aceitadas y almendras garrapiñadas como si no hubiese un mañana.
-Se emociona de nuevo con cada procesión como si la viese por primera vez.
-Se mete entre pecho y espalda un plato de sopas de ajo a primera hora de la mañana de Viernes Santo…
Seguramente seas uno de los afortunados que pasa sus días de Semana Santa en Zamora!!!
Un consejo: relájate y disfruta…..
Si no has tenido la suerte de acercarte hasta Zamora y disfrutar de su Semana Santa, pero aun así quieres disfrutar de unas sopas de ajo, aquí te dejo la receta.
Tú decides si prefieres tomarlas en el desayuno o las disfrutas en horas menos intempestivas, ya que como os decía, aquí son el desayuno más típico de la mañana de Viernes Santo, cuando la procesión de la Cofradía de Jesús Nazareno realiza su tradicional descanso.
Llevan desfilando desde las 5 de la mañana, con unas temperaturas más bien frescas, así que os podéis imaginar lo bien que sientan estas sopas, tanto a los cofrades como al resto de la gente que los acompaña, para reponer fuerzas y continuar con el recorrido.
Pues sin más, vamos a por la receta.
Preparación:
Comenzamos poniendo el agua a hervir en una cazuela, junto con la sal y la manteca o aceite de oliva.
Mientras se calienta el agua vamos cortando el pan en láminas muy finitas que repartimos en los platos o cuencos de barro donde vayamos a servir las sopas.
En un mortero majamos el ajo y añadimos el pimentón y un poquito de agua.
Una vez que arranque a hervir el agua le añadimos el majado que tenemos en el mortero y la salsa de tomate y dejamos que hierva unos 10 minutos.
Transcurrido este tiempo servimos el caldo en los cuencos que teníamos preparados con el pan.
Y a disfrutar!!!

Today, I went to the beachfront with my kids.
