Tenían razón…
Generalmente no lo descubres hasta que tú mismo no eres uno de ellos, pero ¡ay amigo!! Una vez que te unes a su club, te das cuenta de que siempre han tenido razón.
¿Que no sabéis de qué hablo?
Pues de los adultos, y de esa teoría de que cuanto más mayor te haces tú, más rápido pasa el tiempo.
Cuando eres un niño las semanas se te hacen larguísimas, y el tiempo que tardan en llegar las vacaciones es eterno.

Cuando creces y te haces odiolescente adolescente, te quejas de lo muchísimo que falta para cumplir los 18 y te ríes de los adultos que te dicen que disfrutes de la juventud, que luego el tiempo se pasa volando…
Y cuando menos te lo esperas, eres tú el que se ha convertido en un adulto, y puedes comprobar de primera mano que es verdad, que a medida que pasa el tiempo, los días, las semanas e incluso los años pasan mucho más rápido.
Y es que sin darme cuenta ya hemos acabado el 2017…y parece que fue ayer cuando teníamos la resaca de Año Nuevo, digooooo, la comida de Año Nuevo (en qué estaría yo pensando…).
Hoy voy a aprovechar para desearos un Feliz Año Nuevo y para daros las gracias a todos los que nos acompañáis receta tras receta, porque sin duda sois vosotros los que hacéis que todo esto tenga sentido.

Y como la mejor manera de agradeceros vuestra compañía es traeros nuevas y deliciosas recetas, pues aquí os traigo una que en casa ha causado sensación: un delicioso pulpo a feira, preparado en olla express, en solo 8 minutos y sin una gota de agua!!
¿Qué os parece?
¡¡Pues ya os digo que en casa nos ha encantado!! Y es que el pulpo queda tiernísimo y, como se ha cocido en su propio jugo, con un sabor increíble.
La única precaución que debemos tener es congelarlo previamente, para no tener que «pegarle una paliza».

En mi caso lo he preparado en mi olla rápida WMF Perfect, con la que no puedo estar más contenta.

Pues nada, animaos a prepararlo y me contáis ¿vale?


Preparación:
En primer lugar y en caso de que el pulpo sea fresco lo congelamos durante al menos 48 horas.
Pasado este tiempo, descongelamos el pulpo y procedemos a prepararlo. (Si hemos comprado el pulpo congelado solo debemos dejarlo descongelar).
Lavamos bien el pulpo por si quedase algún resto de arena o suciedad y lo ponemos en la olla rápida sin nada de agua junto con las patatas peladas, la cebolla cortada a la mitad y la hoja de laurel.
Cerramos la olla y la ponemos a fuego fuerte hasta que suba la segunda anilla. En ese momento bajamos el fuego, lo que sea necesario para que no pierda presión, es decir que no baje la segunda anilla, y mantenemos al fuego durante 8 minutos.
Pasado ese tiempo retiramos la olla del fuego y en cuanto podamos abrimos la olla. (La WMF Perfect, se puede despresurizar, pero depende de cada olla).
Sacamos el pulpo de la olla y lo cortamos en trozos con unas tijeras.
Lo espolvoreamos con sal, pimentón y un chorro de aceite de oliva y lo servimos acompañado de las patatas.
Notas:
Aunque os resulte increíble, os prometo que el pulpo no se pega en absoluto a la olla. De hecho cuando abráis la olla veréis que ha soltado mucha agua, que será de un color oscurito.
De todos modos si os da miedo poner la olla a cocer sin agua, podéis añadirle medio vasito de agua antes de ponerlo a cocer.
En cuanto a las patatas, si son muy grandes, podéis partirlas a la mitad, pero yo prefiero usarlas más pequeñas y añadirlas enteras, ya que me gusta más cómo quedan.
