Alias: «El pollo volador».
La preparación de esta receta requiere extremar las precauciones.
El sujeto, al que a partir de ahora llamaremos pollo. es un individuo escurridizo, que intentará por todos los medios evitar la cárcel (en este caso el horno), valiéndose de sucias artimañas, llegando incluso a lanzarse desde la bandeja del horno contra el frío suelo para darse a la fuga y evitar que disfrutemos de su delicioso sabor.
Si somos hábiles, podremos disfrutar de la recompensa, el propio pollo, y regocijarnos con la cara de admiración de familiares y amigos por haber logrado dar caza a tan escurridizo sujeto.

Bueeeeno, pues eso fue lo que yo intenté, servir este delicioso plato en una cena con amigos.
Pero el pollo tenía otros planes, y decidió lanzarse sin red y estrellarse contra el suelo, bandeja incluida…
Por supuesto la bandeja, que era de cristal, quedó hecha añicos, el suelo de la cocina lleno de una maravillosa mezcla de cristales, pollo y mayonesa (que se limpia tan mal como parece) y el pollo fue directo a la basura…
¡¡Suerte que tenía más pollo y que la receta se prepara en un pis-pas!!
Así que, después de un rato limpiando cristalitos para evitar más accidentes, preparé otra bandeja de pollo y conseguí salvar la cena!!
Eso sí, lo que no conseguí fue evitar las risas de los invitados (con el consiguiente cabreo por mi parte) y que, como colofón a la cena y para amenizar la velada, me dedicasen una versión de una antigua canción titulada «El gato volador».
¿Adivináis cuál fue la versión?
Efectivamente…
¡¡¡»El pollo volador»!!!
Así que nada, el pollo finalmente quedó bautizado con ese sobrenombre…
¡Y en casa ya no se acuerdan de su auténtico nombre!
De mi accidente con el pollo sí que se acuerdan, sí, y me lo recuerdan de vez en cuando por si se me olvida!
