¡¡Feliz día del padre!!
Sangre, sudor y lágrimas me costó poner la dichosa frase en el cenicero que hice en el colegio para el día del padre de 1986.
El resultado de todo aquel esfuerzo fue una obra digna del museo Guggenheim:
totalmente artesanal, de diseño, cuatricolor…y amorfo.
Si hasta parecía que estaba hecha por un artista extranjero…
Y es que, el «feliz día del padre» acabó en un «felicidades papá» que parecía escrito en lengua élfica.
Vamos que no había quién entendiera lo que ponía…
De todas formas, estaréis de acuerdo en que papá suena mucho mejor que padre.
Papá es más de amigo, de colega…
Llamándolo papá parece que es más fácil pedirle cosas.
-Papá ¿me compras eso…?
-NO.
-Papá, ¿me das dinero?
-¡Ya te dio tu madre!
-Papá, me ayudas con las integrales de matemáticas??
-Ehmmmm, toma 10 € anda, pero que no se entere mamá….
Volviendo al día del padre…Lo peor de este día son los regalos.
De pequeños con un dibujo del monigote de tu padre y los demás miembros de la familia, con la casa al fondo, lo arreglabas (o con un cenicero de diseño…) pero cuando te haces mayor, ¿qué le regalas?
A vosotros no sé si os pasa, pero yo siempre acabo comprando «los regalos de la C»: camisa, corbata, cartera, calcetines, cenicero….
Así que este año voy a ser más original, voy a regalarle una cerveza.!!!!
(¿Véis cómo todos los regalos para padres empiezan por la C ?)
Pero no os penséis que es una cerveza normal, que esa la puede tomar en el bar cuando quiera.
Lo que yo le voy a preparar es un mug cake de chocolate y cerveza Guinness.
¿Qué no sabéis lo que es un mug cake?
Pues ni más ni menos que un bizcochito que se prepara en el microondas en apenas 5 minutos y directamente en la taza donde lo vamos a comer.
Como véis es un regalo rápido y delicioso que seguro le va a encantar.
Una forma distinta de ir de cañas!!
Vamos a por la receta:
Preparación:
En un recipiente apto para microondas ponemos la cerveza, la mantequilla y el chocolate y lo llevamos al microondas durante 1 minuto, hasta que la mantequilla y el chocolate se hayan fundido.
Pasado este tiempo sacamos la taza del microondas y comprobamos que tanto la mantequilla como el chocolate se hayan fundido.
Si quedase algún resto sin fundir, removemos con un tenedor y con el propio calor del recipiente se terminará de deshacer.
A continuación añadimos el azúcar y mezclamos bien.
Mezclamos la harina con la sal y la levadura, la añadimos a la taza y removemos hasta que quede perfectamente integrado.
A continuación añadimos los huevos y mezclamos hasta integrar.
Repartimos la mezcla en las tazas y llevamos al microondas a máxima potencia.
El tiempo de cocción variará en función de la potencia del microondas, pero empezaremos poniendo 1 minuto 30 segundos, y si pasado este tiempo no estuviese totalmente cocinado lo podemos poner hasta 2 minutos.
Aparte preparamos la crema de queso.
En un bol ponemos la nata, que tendremos bien fría, y con unas varillas comenzamos a montarla.
Cuando comience a espumar le añadimos el azúcar y continuamos batiendo.
Una vez que esté casi montada, añadimos el queso y batimos lo justo hasta que este se integre.
Cuando tengamos los bizcochitos listos y templados, coronamos con la crema de queso.
Y a disfrutar!!
Notas:
La cantidad que indico en la receta es para 4 tazas de 250 ml, o bien, si queréis servirlo en jarras de cerveza como yo, para 2 jarras de 500 ml aproximadamente.
No llenéis demasiado la taza, ya que dependiendo de la potencia del microondas, puede subir mucho al principio de la cocción y rebosar la taza.
Los tiempos de cocción en el microondas son orientativos, ya que dependen de la potencia de este. Pero en este caso, a diferencia del horno que no puede abrirse durante la cocción, no hay problema en abrir el microondas para comprobar como va el bizcocho.
Si dudamos sobre el punto de cocción siempre es mejor dejarlo menos hecho, ya que con el calor de la taza y del propio bizcocho, terminará de cocerse, y si nos pasamos de cocción quedará un bizcocho correoso.
A la hora de cocerlo en el microondas, es mejor no colocar la taza en el centro del plato, sino en un lateral, e ir girando la taza durante la cocción, ya hemos dicho que se puede abrir el microondas sin problema. De este modo lograremos una cocción más uniforme.
Aunque estos bizcochos como mejor están es recién hechos, si nos sobra un trocito para el día siguiente, esta bueno.
Y no tengáis miedo a probar, que son muy fáciles. Y lo peor que nos puede pasar es que nos quede un poquito feo, pero muy rico igualmente.
