Es más, me alegro de los triunfos de los demás, menos cuando el que triunfa es tu primo en la partida de mus, claro.
Pero si hay un momento en el que la envidia me corroe es cuando veo a los ricos y famosos cuando llega el verano.
No, no es lo que estáis pensando…
No es por sus fabulosas vacaciones, ni por las maravillosas casitas en la playa. Ni siquiera es por sus posados cual sirenitas a la orilla del mar…
Si hay algo que envidio son las maravillosas cenas que organizan al caer el sol.
A ver, entendedme, que sí, que yo también organizo cenas en casa con la llegada del buen tiempo, pero lo mío suele ser un «aquí te pillo, aquí te mato», una cena improvisada sobre la marcha en la que no le da tiempo a una a montar una mesa bonita ni a preparar todas esas recetas que tenemos guardadas para cuando vengan las visitas…
Que estamos de acuerdo en que las cenas en buena compañía se disfrutan siempre, pero a veces apetece lucirse un poquito…

¡¡Pues hoy os traigo la solución!!
Se trata de unos blinis con foie-gras y manzana caramelizada que harán las delicias de vuestros invitados.
A pesar de que los blinis originales se preparan con levadura de panadero, he adaptado la receta para que podáis hacerlos con levadura química, o polvos de hornear, de manera que no es necesario que dejemos levar la masa, y con un reposo de 30 minutos es más que suficiente. Quizá así son más parecidos a las tortitas, pero os aseguro que son deliciosos igualmente.
Y si además disponéis de la sartén de hierro Mineral B para blinis, que nos permite preparar 16 mini blinis a la vez, y aprovecháis el tiempo de reposo de la masa para preparar la manzana caramelizada, os aseguro que no tardaréis nada en preparar este delicioso entrante.
