Conocéis el Teorema de la rebequita?

No os preocupéis que yo os lo cuento:
Toda mujer con un hijo de entre 0 y 99 años experimenta una necesidad de obligarle a abrocharse la «rebequita» directamente proporcional al frío que ella sienta en ese momento.
Pues eso.
Que ya puedes estar en agosto, a las 4 de la tarde al solazo, en la Plaza Mayor de tu pueblo en plena meseta castellana (que si no lo habéis vivido, ya os digo yo que fresco precisamente no es) que como te vea tu madre, lo primero que te va a decir es que te pongas una chaquetita, a ver si vas a coger frío…
¡¡Aunque ya tengas 50 años!!
Y es que las madres tienen un sensor especial para las temperaturas.
Ya os digo yo, que si fuese la madre de Brasero la que diese el tiempo, no fallaba ni una!!
–Aquí por Andalucía parece que va a hacer bueno, pero mejor os cogéis una rebequita por si refresca, que el mes de agosto es muy traicionero. Y en Asturias ha salido el sol, pero luego seguro que va a llover, como siempre, así que a cogerse el paraguas, no te vayas a mojar, que luego te resfrías!!
Estoy segura de que todos estos superpoderes son cosa del parto.
Sí, sí, en cuanto una mujer da a luz y se llevan al bebé para hacerle pruebas, a la madre la sacan del paritorio y la llevan a una sala super-secreta para empezar a ponerle chips y sensores.
Así, entre los grandes súperpoderes de las madres se cuentan los siguientes:
Radar ultrasensible para detectar en qué momento, y en qué estado, llegas a casa de fiesta (aunque hayas entrado en casa sigilosamente y sin tirar absolutamente nada al suelo…)
Rayos X en los ojos, que le permiten comprobar que, aunque tu digas que estás lleno, no has comido casi na‘ y todavía te queda hueco en el estómago.
Termómetro de última generación en la palma de la mano, para comprobar si realmente tienes fiebre o lo que tienes es un examen.
Olfato de sabueso para saber exactamente cuántos días llevas sin ducharte o cuantos calcetines usados hay debajo de tu cama.
GPS integrado para encontrar todas esas cosas que no aparecen, a pesar de que tú lleves media hora buscándolas. El GPS se activa al grito de «Cómo vaya yo y lo encuentre…«
Estos son algunos de los superpoderes que las madres traen de serie, además de otras muchas cualidades, que, sin ser superpoderes propiamente, son muy valoradas por quienes las rodean (marido e hijos principalmente, así como otros miembros de la unidad familiar) tales como:
Amplios conocimientos en cultura general: igual te ayuda con los deberes de matemáticas, que con los de ciencias, lengua o historia.
Don de la ubicuidad (vamos que puede estar en mil sitios a la vez, aunque realmente esto sí que podría incluirse en el apartado de superpoderes).
Función multitarea, pudiendo realizar incluso 6 cosas a la vez: preparar la cena, hablar por teléfono, ayudar con los deberes, buscar esas zapatillas que no aparecen, organizar su agenda para el día siguiente y pegarte un coscorrón por meterte con tu hermano pequeño (¿qué os dije, tiene ubicuidad o no? ¿eh?)
Es psicóloga, enfermera, cocinera, economista, chófer, costurera, organizadora de eventos…y algunas además trabajan fuera de casa.
Y la más importante, tiene un corazón exageradamente grande, para que quepan en él todos los que la rodean!!!!
¡¡¡FELIZ DÍA DE LA MADRE!!! Especialmente a la mía, claro.
Y para celebrar un día como éste ¿qué os parece si hacemos un 2×1 y con un solo regalo, le llevamos a mamá dulces y flores?
¿Cómo?
Pues con estas deliciosas macetas, que aunque a primera vista no lo parezca, en realidad son unos deliciosos cupcakes de nata y frambuesas.
Las flores están hechas con una crema deliciosa, también de frambuesa, y decoradas con unas «boquillas rusas» con las que consigues hacer una flor completa de una sola vez y con sólo una boquilla.
Pero si no tenéis estas boquillas no tenéis porque dejar de hacer estas macetitas, ya que con una boquilla de estrella (1M de Wilton) también podemos hacer unas rosas muy chulas, como vimos aquí, o, si la tenéis, con la boquilla de hacer pétalos (como la 104 de Wilton), o incluso flores de fondant…
¡¡Imaginación al poder!!
En este caso no he utilizado colorante, ya que el color rosa de las flores lo conseguimos al añadirle un coulis de frambuesa a la crema, que, aparte de darle sabor, le otorga color, más intenso cuanta más cantidad de coulis agreguemos a la crema.
Bueno, ya no me enrollo más y vamos a por la receta!
Preparación:
Comenzamos preparando los cupcakes.
Precalentamos el horno a 170º.
En primer lugar preparamos las macetas que vamos a utilizar como molde.
Las lavamos bien y, una vez secas, las forramos con papel de hornear, o con cápsulas para cupcakes que se adapten bien a la medida de las macetas.
Separamos las yemas de las claras y reservamos ambas por separado.
A continuación en un bol, por ejemplo el de la batidora de brazo si vamos a usarla, ponemos la nata y el azúcar, y con las varillas batimos hasta obtener una crema, unos 5 minutos aproximadamente.
Una vez que hayamos obtenido la crema, añadimos al bol, sin dejar de batir, las yemas y la ralladura de limón y batimos hasta que las yemas estén perfectamente integradas.
Aparte tamizamos la harina junto con la levadura y la añadimos a la mezcla anterior, ya sin las varillas, ayudándonos de una espátula y con movimientos envolventes hasta integrar bien la harina. Reservamos.
Ponemos las claras en otro bol, es importante que no tenga restos de grasa, ya que de lo contrario las claras no montarán, le añadimos la pizca de sal y montamos a punto de nieve.
Cuando las claras estén firmes, ayudándonos de nuevo con una espátula y con movimientos envolventes para que no se bajen, añadimos las claras a la mezcla que teníamos reservada.
Ponemos en cada molde una cucharada de masa, a continuación ponemos una frambuesa y cubrimos con el resto de la masa hasta 2/3 de la capacidad del molde. De esta manera conseguiremos que la frambuesa quede en el centro del cupcake.
Horneamos a 170º durante 20 minutos.
Pasado este tiempo pinchamos uno de los cupcakes con un palillo para comprobar si ya está listo. Cuando el palillo salga limpio sacamos los cupcakes del horno y los dejamos enfriar sobre una rejilla.
A continuación vamos a preparar el frosting (cobertura).
Comenzamos haciendo un coulis con las frambuesas. Para ello ponemos las frambuesas en un cazo con un par de cucharadas de azúcar y ponemos a fuego lento hasta que se deshagan las frambuesas, unos 15 minutos aproximadamente.
Cuando esté listo el coulis, lo colamos con un chino para eliminar las semillas y reservamos.
A continuación ponemos en un cazo la harina y la leche y batimos hasta obtener una mezcla sin grumos.
Ponemos al fuego medio y, removiendo constantemente, dejamos cocer hasta que espese, unos 5 minutos.
Retiramos del fuego y dejamos enfriar, ya que necesitamos que esté fría para que al añadirla a la mantequilla no la derrita.
Mientras se enfría la crema, ponemos la mantequilla en un bol y batimos a velocidad alta, con el accesorio pala si usamos robot de brazo, hasta que blanquee y se ponga esponjosa.
En ese momento bajamos la velocidad y comenzamos a añadir el resto del azúcar, cucharada a cucharada, sin dejar de batir.
A continuación comenzamos a añadir la crema, que ya estará fría, cucharada a cucharada hasta acabar con la crema.
Seguimos batiendo hasta que el azúcar esté completamente disuelta, momento en el que añadiremos la esencia de vainilla primero y a continuación el coulis de frambuesa.
Una vez que tengamos lista la crema la ponemos en un bol y la llevamos a la nevera unos 15 minutos para que termine de coger la textura que necesitamos.
Pasado este tiempo comenzamos a decorar nuestras macetas.
Ponemos la crema en una manga pastelera con la boquilla que vayamos a utilizar.
A continuación cubrimos cada cupcake con una fina capa de crema, que servirá para que las flores se agarren bien y decoramos cada macetita con flores.
Si vamos a utilizar las boquillas rusas debemos poner la boquilla completamente perpendicular al cupcake y, dejando 1 cm de separación entre la boquilla y el cupcake, presionamos la manga para que comience a salir la crema. Una vez que se forme una base de crema sobre el cupcake vamos separando la boquilla del cupcake sin dejar de presionar y veremos que se va formando la flor. Una vez que hayamos obtenido la flor, dejamos de presionar la manga. Repetimos este gesto tantas veces como flores queramos sobre cada maceta.
Para crear la tierra, separamos las oreo y, desechando la crema del centro, trituramos las galletas hasta obtener una textura similar a la tierra. Cubrimos con ella las partes del cupcake que hayan quedado sin decorar con flores.
Adornamos con unas hojitas de menta y listo!!!
